What I build

Small tools that remove real work

Forms your crew will use

Thirty seconds on a phone instead of a clipboard. Photos attached. Lands in one place you can read.

Dashboards

One screen: what happened yesterday, what's happening now, what's about to be a problem. Updates itself.

Self-service scheduling

Customers book their own slots. Your front office stops playing phone tag.

Paperwork on autopilot

Invoices, tickets, quotes — generated from data you already captured. No retyping.

Equipment monitoring

Machines that only report to a screen on the floor can report to your phone instead — even old ones nobody wants to modify.

Websites & AI marketing

A site that loads fast and reads like a real business. AI tools that write your listings and posts for you.

Something else entirely

Most projects start as a problem nobody's built a product for. Describe it — figuring out the shape is part of the job.

An honest no

If a $20 template solves your problem, I'll say so. We both save a month.

How it goes

Three steps, no mystery

STEP 01

You walk me through it

One 20-minute call. Send the forms, the spreadsheet, a photo of the whiteboard. No site visit, no discovery invoice.

STEP 02

Working version in two weeks

Not a slide deck. Your crew uses it, tells me what they hate, and that becomes the plan.

STEP 03

It's yours

You own the tool and the data. I'll stick around if you want — but nothing's held hostage.

Why me

I run operations. Software is how I fix them.

My day job is running plants — production, maintenance, crews, equipment that breaks at 4 a.m. Everything on this page exists because I needed it and the vendors wanted six figures for it.

So you won't get a beautiful system your people quietly refuse to use. I know what happens when a form takes too long or a dashboard shows a number the crew doesn't believe.

Tell me what's eating your week

Describe the process that drives you crazy — I'll tell you what it takes to fix it, or if it's even worth fixing.
